Due to the intangible and digital nature of the products and services offered by myronuedwardsphotography, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital art file is purchased and delivered to the customer via email, download link, or other digital means, it cannot be returned. This policy is non-negotiable.

Why We Have This Policy

Digital artwork, including AI-generated art, cannot be physically returned or resold once it has been delivered. Unlike a physical product, a digital file can be easily duplicated after delivery. Therefore, granting a refund after delivery is not possible.

What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase from us, you are paying for:

• The time, expertise, and creative effort spent on crafting and refining prompts.
• The process of generating, curating, and selecting the final artwork.
• The licensing rights granted to you for the digital file.

You are not purchasing a physical item that can be shipped back.

Your Responsibility: Please Preview Carefully

It is the customer's sole responsibility to:

• Review any preview images, mockups, or watermarked versions provided before completing the purchase.
• Ensure the artwork meets your expectations and requirements regarding style, content, and quality before finalizing the transaction.
• Ensure you understand what you are purchasing.

Exception: Technical Delivery Failure

The only exception to this policy is in the case of a technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing or downloading the purchased file. If you have not received your download link or cannot access the file due to an error from our system, please contact us immediately at emyron59@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue.
