Q&A

Frequent customer questions and answers. If you have questions, write to me on social networks.

How can I book a date?

In order to book a date for a shoot, simply send me a message with your preferred date and time. I will respond quickly to confirm availability and discuss the details of your event. A pre-payment will then be required to reserve the date.

How long will the photo shoot last?

The length of the shoot depends on the type of shoot and your preferences. Typically a standard photo shoot takes between 1 and 3 hours, but I also offer longer packages for events such as weddings or large celebrations. It is important to discuss all the details in advance so that I can consider all your needs.

When will the photos be ready?

Photo processing times depend on the complexity of the shoot, but I aim to provide finished work within 2-4 weeks. Once the processing is complete, I upload the photos to an online gallery where you can view and download them. Prints and photo books are also available, which will take a little longer.

How do you choose photos for retouching?

When you submit your photos, I will give you access to an online gallery where you can view all the images. Choose the ones you like and email me the number or code of each image. I will help you with your choices and advise you on which photos would be best suited for processing, taking into account your wishes and shooting style.

Travel Notice:

Session and wedding collections include travel within a 20-mile radius of [Your City, AZ]. Locations beyond this are subject to a simple travel fee. Please inquire for details.”

Text heading

To serve you best, all session and wedding collections include travel within a 20-mile radius of [Your City, AZ]. For locations beyond this area, a travel fee will be applied. This fee is based on the round-trip distance at a rate of $0.67 per mile. For destination weddings or sessions requiring air travel or overnight accommodation, a custom quote will be provided that covers all transportation, lodging, and related expenses. *Example: A session located 30 miles from [Your City] would incur a travel fee for 10 miles outside the radius. The round-trip distance is 20 miles, resulting in a travel fee of $15.* We always discuss and confirm any travel fees before booking! When to Communicate the Fee: Initial Inquiry: When a potential client contacts me, my response is to ask for the session location. Proposal/Quote: If the location is outside my free zone, I include the travel fee as a separate line item in your initial pricing proposal.

This makes it transparent and not a “hidden” cost added later. Contract: The travel fee should be explicitly listed in the contract alongside the session fee and any other costs. Pro Tip: I Offer Added Value To make the travel fee feel like less of a hurdle, I occasionally offer a promotion:

“Book a Legacy Wedding Collection and receive travel fees waived for locations within the state!
