If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our Site and services. 2. Services Offered Edwards Artistry provides custom creative services, including but not limited to: Graphic Design (e.g., logos, branding, marketing materials) Web Design & Development Illustration Digital Art Commissions Other related creative works (“the Services”). All work is custom-made based on client-provided specifications and is therefore considered a service, not a sale of pre-made goods. 3. Booking Process & Agreement Formation Inquiry: You submit a project inquiry via our contact form, email, or other designated channel. Quote & Proposal: We will provide a custom quote and project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost. Formal Acceptance: This Agreement is formally accepted by you, the Client, upon: Explicit written confirmation (e.g., replying “I agree” to the proposal email); and/or Payment of the required deposit as specified in the invoice. Upon acceptance, a project date is reserved, and both parties are bound by this Agreement. 4. Pricing & Payment Terms Quotes: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to begin work. The project slot is not reserved until the deposit is received. Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of high-resolution files, source files, or transfer of website ownership. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via methods specified on our invoices (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal). Revisions: The quoted price includes a set number of revision rounds (as specified in the proposal). Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of [e.g., $95/hour]. 5. Final Artwork & Copyright Transfer: Upon receipt of full and final payment, Edwards Artistry grants you an exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license (or, if specified in the proposal, assigns copyright) to use the final delivered design (s) for your business purposes. The rights to preliminary designs, working files, source code, and sketches remain the sole property of Edwards Artistry. 7. Revision Process The project includes a defined number of revision rounds (e.g., 2-3 rounds) as stated in the initial proposal. Requests for significant changes in design direction after approval, or revisions beyond the allotted number, may incur additional fees. 8. Cancellation & Termination By Client: If you cancel a project after the deposit has been paid but before final delivery, the deposit is non-refundable. If work has progressed beyond a point covered by the deposit, you may be invoiced for hours already worked. By Company: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to: Failure to make payments. Abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior. Violation of these Terms of Service. If the Client’s request is illegal, unethical, or infringes on the rights of others. In such cases, any payments made will be applied to hours worked, and the balance may be refunded or invoiced accordingly. 9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability Our services are provided “as is.” Edwards Artistry makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services. You agree that our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Services. 10.
