I. Preamble

The Seal of Approval Foundation exists as the sole arbiter and guardian of the artistic movement known as “The Gilded Cipher.” Its mission is to preserve the integrity, philosophy, and quality of the movement by certifying artworks that meet its stringent criteria and by protecting it from misuse, dilution, and misrepresentation.

II. The Seal

The official seal, known as the “Sigil of the Cipher, ” is the physical and digital mark of certification. It signifies that a piece has been reviewed and authenticated by the Foundation and the artist, Myron Edwards.

III. Criteria for Authentication

• An artwork may bear the Sigil of the Cipher only if it fulfills all following criteria: Authorial Origin: It must be created by, or under the direct artistic supervision of, Myron Edwards. Philosophical Adherence: It must embody the core tenets of The Gilded Cipher: the interplay of concealed narrative (the Cipher) and luxurious form (the Gilded). Aesthetic Fidelity: It must utilize the defined visual language, including but not limited to: The signature black and gold bandana as a central motif. The “Cipher Lighting” schema (Rembrandt chiaroscuro, 2800K amber tone). The prescribed color palette (Cipher Black, Gilded Gold, Ember Glow, etc.). A mood of enigmatic elegance and sacred mystery. Technical Quality: It must meet the highest standards of resolution, detail, and composition, befitting a museum-grade piece.
  

IV. Rights and Enforcement

The Foundation holds the exclusive right to grant use of the Sigil. Any use of the Sigil without the express, written permission of the Foundation is a violation of this charter and subject to legal recourse. The Foundation maintains a public registry of all certified works.
